Our mobile field technicians are deployed to undertake scheduled calibration services at your plant premises, and can assist with any on-the-spot user issues and minor fault resolution. Our technicians can also assist in the identification of more complex fault issues, requiring further testing on site, or via our laboratory facility – or handle the logistics of shipping back to the manufacturer.
Results of calibration measurements are electronically transferred from our technician’s test device on site to SUDEL’s customised online support system, ProCalV5, ensuring results are reported back to customers within a fast turnaround time. Our ProCalV5 system is designed to enhance our calibration service through providing further instrumentation reporting and asset management capability.
