Over the last few years, SUDEL has provided regular shutdown maintenance at the BHP Billiton smelter, deploying some 20 electricians and 4 instrumentation technicians working around the clock to undertake work, including instrumentation calibration, electrical & instrumentation installation, Electrical Isolations. temporary power supplies, Genset setup and configuration.

We employ a ‘buddy system’, pairing site experienced employees with new service technicians to facilitate rapid site orientation and service execution.

All staff are fully inducted in client site systems, procedures and processes.
